Beth Grotelueschen is a former D3 college soccer defender at Aurora University — First Team All-Conference, Scholar-Athlete — who traded the pitch for the weight room and never looked back.
Her philosophy is simple: women should train like athletes, not just dieters. Progressive overload, explosive movement, purposeful structure — not calorie restriction and cardio.
